The work consists of the construction of a hotel in Nuevo Uxmal, with capacity for 160 Master Room type rooms and complementary facilities (CETRAM, Administration, Monumental accesses, wildlife crossings, perimeter fence, roads, roads and pedestrian trails). The proposed urbanization will pass through each of the proposed facilities and will also connect from Calkini to the archaeological zone of Uxmal. Likewise, the buildings will contemplate sustainable architecture which ensures environmental quality and energy efficiency, using materials from the area. complemented by masonry and light covers made of artificial materials.
